Without realising it, I've been coaching others throughout my career. Helping team members and colleagues unlock potential, build skills and overcome challenges. It's something I've gained enormous satisfaction from and has been my favourite part of being a manager.

In 2024 I decided to explore this further and gained an ILM Level 7 certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring and followed this by becoming an accredited coaching practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

I'm told I have a relaxed and trusting coaching style, however I'm happy to lean into mentoring if needed to offer advice or suggestions based on my experience.
