About Venturi Learning Ltd

Venturi Learning Ltd is an Independent Learning & Development consultancy, offering tailor made L&D support in Coaching, Courses and Consultancy. Following on from a 35 year career in large corporations (19 of which at PepsiCo) and with the last 20 years being in Head of Global L&D roles, I now want to support other organisations with their L&D needs and pass on some of my hard won experience.

I can support with coaching for just one individual or the build and or delivery of training programs, or offer more strategic support for your organisation on how to do L&D. All of which I have done first hand, many times for different organisations. Let me know what you need and I'll see if I can help.

Why "Venturi Learning" ? Well my other passion is aviation and teaching people to fly at the weekend and Bernouli's Venturi principle is fundamental to to an aircraft creating lift. In essence a Venturi speeds up flow, while reducing pressure, which is what I'm trying to do in L&D ;-)
